* What is the hardware and system requirements to use PC in My Hand?
1 PC with a wired network interface card (NIC) that supports WOL;
1 router connected to the internet;
Operation system: Windows XP/2003/Vista/2008/Win7.
* How to know the Wake on LAN (WOL) function has been or not activated on my PC?
Just shut down your system, and then check your network card. If you can see some LED steady on or blinking on even if the system is in off state, it usually means that Wake on LAN function has been activated. Otherwise, it may not yet be activated. Of course, the reliable way is to check the BIOS. Please note that Wake on LAN can not work on most laptops in the battery mode, it only work in the AC power.

* How to activate Wake on LAN on my PC if it is disabled?
In order to activate Wake on LAN you should enter the BIOS of your PC.
To enter the BIOS Setup, you must press a certain key or combination of keys during the initial startup sequence. There is usually a line of text at the bottom of the display that tells you "Press ___ to Enter Setup." E.g. "F10=ROM Based Setup" (HP).
Once you have entered the BIOS setup, you will see a set of text screens with a number of options. Some of these are standard, while others vary according to the BIOS manufacturer. Now, use arrow keys to move among the items, look for a setting called “WOL", “Wake ON LAN”, “Remote wake up”… Set this setting to "enable”.
When you are finished what your changes, you should choose "Save & Exit setup" to exit .
